I was very saddened to hear of Arthur's passing. He was a wonderful friend and was always so kind to everyone at the Office of Children and Youth.

He was a very generous person and will be missed by all who knew him.

Arthur was a wonderful friend and set out to help everyone he could. When I first started working for the County, Arthur was immensely supportive. Let his memory be a blessing to us all. He will be missed.

When I think of Arthur, I think of his infectious chuckle, big warm smile and hands always filled with flowers. He was a kind and caring person always thinking of others and willing to jump in when needed. He certainly did brighten up our place. He will be missed greatly.

I will never forget how helpful and welcoming Arthur was, from my first week here at Children and Youth, over 14 years ago. Arthur was always willing to go above and beyond to help his coworkers. He had such a kind, generous soul and was always demonstrating that with random acts of kindness- flowers, soft pretzels, lending a helping hand and his great laugh. His smile has been missed here since his retirement but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Arthur.
